• Lead with respect. Speak to people as equals and make room for different backgrounds and perspectives.
• Protect privacy. Do not share another member’s personal information, story, image, or contact details without permission.
• No pressure selling. Relationships come before business. Unsolicited pitching, spam, and recruitment are not welcome.
• Disagree without diminishing. Challenge ideas without insulting people.
• Honor boundaries. No harassment, discrimination, threats, or unwanted personal attention.
• Be genuine. Use an honest identity and do not misrepresent credentials, affiliations, or intentions.
• Help protect the room. Report behavior that makes the community feel unsafe or exploitative.

Chapter Two may remove content, limit participation, or end membership when these standards are seriously or repeatedly violated.
